They provide feedback regarding processes tied to parts ordering and stocking. The position is heavily focused on individual parts setup and ensuring core parts data is correct for automated ordering.</span></p></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:14.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><u><b>Key Job Responsibilities</b></u></H2> </div><div><ul type="disc"> <li>Coordinates and facilitates all parts material requests in a timely manner to ensure that the customer expectations are met.</li> <li>Ensure parts and supplies are available to fulfill work orders.</li> <li>Assisting with any potential vendor parts issues and resolving.</li> <li>Ensuring the proper replenishment of stock and inventory.</li> <li>Assisting in completing purchase orders and other related documentation.</li> <li>Assisting in core parts data and system data to allow for correct parts setup. </li> </ul></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:14.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><u><b>Qualifications/Requirements</b></u></H2> </div><div><ul type="disc"> <li>Must have basic computer skills and knowledge of a perpetual inventory system.</li> <li>Must have good communication skills, both verbal and written</li> <li>Must be able to perform mathematical calculations, including decimals and percentages. </li> <li>Promotes an atmosphere of goodwill and accountability between the company and the customer. Act in a professional manner and provides a superior level of customer service and satisfaction.
