In this position, you will work directly with customers alongside Chief Electricians and underground supervisors in the field. This is a hands-on, field-based position with significant time spent at mine sites across the region. A company-provided vehicle is included to support travel within the assigned territory. You will work closely with internal teams at our Charleroi, PA Global Distribution Center, including sales, warehouse and supply chain operations, while also partnering with manufacturing and engineering teams for technical support. Although the work is primarily field-based, this position is part of the Charleroi service team and participates in ongoing training and team meetings at that location. The position supports a broad regional market, and candidates may live anywhere within southwestern Pennsylvania or north central West Virginia, including the Washington, Waynesburg, Morgantown, and Fairmont areas.</div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:14.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px">Key Job Responsibilities</H2> </div><div><ul style="list-style-type:disc"> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Counsels customer on general mine site operations and general EHS requirements.</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Troubleshoots and repairs specific product items such as miners or shuttle cars. Able to write accurate field reports.</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Understands machine specifications and performs inspections for customers.</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Counsels customer on preventive maintenance programs associated with specific Joy equipment.</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Participates in machine installation and commissioning to insure a flawless start-up. Generates reports related to specific start-up issues.
