Manages the full lifecycle of work orders, including opening, tracking, closing, and supporting invoicing for accurate billing.</p> <p>Coordinates labor, materials, and resources while working closely with field teams and customers to minimize downtime and optimize productivity. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and personable, with strong communication skills.</p> </div></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:14.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><u><b>Key Job Responsibilities</b></u></H2> </div><div><p> </p> <ul style="list-style-type:disc"> <li>Insure a safe working environment-equipment, machines, and housekeeping. Enforce all Facility, Department and Company safety rules and procedures. Develop a Safety-First mindset and culture.</li> <li>Follow expectations and policies and procedures as outlined by Planning and Production Managers, and Field manager.</li> <li>Monitor and audit service jobs and activities to ensure our customers are provided a quality service capable of operating as designed with optimum dependability and productivity. Quality is a continuous improvement process and requires new and revised procedures.</li> <li>Coordinate and schedule the work and locations based on the following: Day-to-day jobs, planned outages set up by customers, emergency break downs.</li> <li>Under general supervision, is responsible for planning the activities of the assigned maintenance department, by scheduling and prioritizing maintenance activities in collaboration with customer needs and Komatsu Labor availability.</li> <li>Use the appropriate systems and work sheets to achieve the assigned planning and scheduling objectives.</li> <li>Responsible for effective job planning, scheduling, communication, preparation, staging, bid preparation, work scope development, planning labor, and ordering material/ parts.</li> <li>Work with supervisors to open jobs and order the necessary material for the jobs.</li> <li>Plan, research, coordinate, external resources such as hotels, rentals and trucking. Daily dealing with vendors and warehouse to check parts pricing and availability</li> <li>Receive materials and parts for service as necessary</li> <li>Monitor job costs to ensure they are on track and all cost in job are correct.</li> <li>Run cost reports and analyze those reports for management, review with Supervisors and managers</li> <li>Prepare preliminary invoices and invoice customers.</li> <li>Operate in electronic recording keeping environment utilizing Teams and/or SharePoint or other system utilized by the team. Ensure appropriate documents are saved (preferred) or scanned into proper folders structure. Assist in maintaining electronic operating environment.</li> <li>Assist and manage special projects as assigned buy supervisors and managers.</li> <li>Manage shared labor jobs in both ERP systems as a single project.<br><br></li> </ul></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:14.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><u><b>Qualifications/Requirements</b></u></H2> </div><div><p> </p> <ul style="list-style-type:disc"> <li>Education and/or experience equivalent to a High School Diploma or GED, supplemented by advanced training up to or including a Bachelors degree in an appropriate field.</li> <li>Ability to gain knowledge of site processes, equipment and infrastructure.</li> <li>Skilled in utilizing computer databases to research, maintain, and update records and files.</li> <li>Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.</li> <li>Knowledge of basic preventive maintenance on assigned equipment.</li> <li>Ability to develop and maintain awareness of occupational hazards and safety precautions.
