<div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px">Job Summary</H2> </div><div><p>This position is responsible for the complete handling of customer orders and answers technical questions. </p> </div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px">Primary Duties</H2> </div><div><ul> <li>Fulfill promises made to customers 100% of the time or notify them of changes </li> <li>Pro-actively track customer orders to ensure on-time shipping </li> <li>Handle arrangements for shipment of product </li> <li>Answer phones providing feedback to customers as requested </li> <li>Tech line phone support including quality control follow up </li> <li>Work with material and production groups as needed to alert customers of potential backorders </li> <li>Ability to learn products, multiple systems and customer portals </li> <li>Maintain accurate work Instructions as customer requirements or processes change </li> <li>Other duties as assigned </li> </ul> </div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px">Qualifications</H2> </div><div><ul> <li>Have general automotive parts experience </li> <li>Ability to handle complaints regarding unpleasant situations or conflicts </li> <li>Customer Service experience in an automotive or manufacturing environment desired </li> <li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with Google Docs </li> <li>ERP/MRP experience in a manufacturing environment desired </li> <li>Physical Requirement: Must be able to properly lift, pack, stack and wrap up 20 pounds on a regular basis </li> <li>Working Conditions: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, walk and use hands to touch, grasp, handle and feel items.
