This role focuses on process improvement, production efficiency, and digitalization support for fiber optic component manufacturing, ensuring stable production, product quality, and on-time delivery.</span></p> <p><span style="">How You'll Help Us Connect the World:</span><br><span style="">• Drive yield improvement, production efficiency optimization, and continuous enhancement of critical processes for fiber optic component manufacturing.</span><br><span style="">• Partner with the NPI team to enable successful validation, introduction, and ramp-up of new products and processes into mass production.</span><br><span style="">• Lead root cause analysis of customer complaints and manufacturing issues, and drive corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) to closure with measurable impact.</span><br><span style="">• Serve as the key interface between the site process engineering team and the global test software organization; support local validation and deployment of new software releases, proactively identify issues, and drive resolution.</span><br><span style="">• Support digitalization initiatives by participating in the development or optimization of tools (e.g., data dashboards, reports, or simple automation tools) to improve operational efficiency.</span></p> <p><span style="">Required Qualifications for Consideration:</span><br><span style="">• Bachelor’s degree or above in Engineering, Manufacturing, Automation, Computer Science, or related fields. </span><br><span style="">• Proficient in Excel for data analysis and reporting; able to use data to support process improvement and problem solving.</span><br><span style="">• 1–3 years of experience in database usage, data analysis, or simple application/tool development; experience in optical communication industry is a plus.</span><br><span style="">• Strong logical thinking, problem-solving ability, and hands-on mindset.</span><br><span style="">• Strong interest in the optical / data communication manufacturing industry and willingness to grow long-term as a process engineer.</span><br><span style="">• Good communication skills in English, both written and spoken.</span></p> <p><span style="">You Will Excite Us If You Have:</span><br><span style="">• Experience in fiber optic components, optical communication, or high-mix manufacturing environments.</span></p><p><span style="">Why CommScope:</span></p> <p><span style="">CommScope is on a quest to deliver connectivity that empowers how we live, work, and learn.
