With operations across the U.S. and globally, we are committed to safety, innovation, and quality while building products our customers depend on every day.</span></span></div> <div> </div> </div><p><strong><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Job Summary:</span></strong></p> <p><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">The Parts Coordinator is responsible for ensuring inbound and outbound shipments are accurate according to customer, carrier, and internal stakeholder requirements as well as monitoring and maintaining the warehouse hold areas, requesting RMAs for the warehouse, and establishing and maintaining professional relationships with suppliers to eliminate non-conforming material.</span></p> <p><strong><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Responsibilities:</span></strong></p> <ul> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Communicate with customers, vendors, and internal stakeholders</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Check-in customer returns and determine appropriate routing/disposition</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Issue credit memos to customers, as necessary</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Review customer purchase orders and Spartan’s sales orders, as necessary, to ensure packaging and shipping requirements are followed</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Maintain knowledge of carrier requirements;
