This role ensures alignment between customer demand, production capacity, material availability, and operational constraints to achieve on-time delivery and efficient production flow.</span><br><br><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">This position serves as the central control point for production sequencing, capacity planning, and schedule integrity. The Master Scheduler compiles, analyzes, and summarizes large sets of production, capacity, and performance data to drive decision-making and proactively identify risks to the schedule.</span></p> fabrication, assembly, and support areas to ensure alignment with demand.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Perform headcount and labor capacity planning based on required production hours, available labor, and efficiency assumptions to support schedule feasibility.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Compile, consolidate, and analyze large volumes of data from ERP systems, production reports, and operational metrics to support scheduling decisions.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Identify schedule risks including material shortages, engineering delays, labor constraints, and equipment limitations; develop mitigation plans.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Coordinate cross-functionally with Production Control Analysts, Manufacturing, Engineering, and Materials to ensure production readiness.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Monitor schedule adherence and drive corrective actions to recover missed milestones and maintain delivery commitments.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Develop and maintain reporting and dashboards (Excel, Power BI) to communicate schedule performance, risks, and capacity outlook.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying inefficiencies in scheduling processes, data accuracy, and system usage.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Align production schedule with business objectives, customer demand, and revenue targets.</span></li> </ul> <p><span degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or related field preferred.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Experience with ERP systems and production planning tools required.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica,
