style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt">Perform refractory work (hearth, roof, wall, cold-hearth rebuilds).</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt">Troubleshoot burners, airflow, hydraulics, motors, and mechanical systems.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt">Diagnose electrical issues (single-phase/three-phase, 120VAC, 2–10VDC).</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt">Perform PLC upgrades, control panel changes, and system commissioning.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica,
