The copper processing facilities currently consist of a solvent extraction/electrowinning operation with an annual maximum capacity of approximately 100 million pounds of copper. </p> <p> </p> <p>The community of Silver City boasts various restaurants, arts, entertainment, cliff dwellings, festivals and much more. Visit <a href="https://www.visitsilvercity.org/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Silver City</a> to learn more. </p> <p> </p><div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:14.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>What You Will Do</b></H2> </div><div><ul> <li>Perform a variety of patrol, security, emergency response and customer service duties at assigned location. </li> <li>Greet and log in all visitors and vendors at entrance gate <ul> <li>Notify appropriate personnel or department of arrival </li> <li>Direct visitors and vendors to destination </li> <li>Enforce company policies and procedures </li> </ul> </li> <li>Perform frequent patrols of the property <ul> <li>Walk, bicycles, or drives vehicle on irregularly scheduled rounds of property </li> <li>Observe conditions of equipment, grounds and facilities </li> <li>Pick up litter or debris as needed, or arranges clean-up with maintenance crews </li> <li>Report damages or areas in need of repair to the Maintenance Supervisor </li> </ul> </li> <li>Conduct surveillance of locations or areas in which vandalism or criminal activities have been noted </li> <li>Assist with and trained for emergency situations <ul> <li>Collaborate with police officers in the prevention of crime </li> <li>Work with fire response units for fire suppression, and with medical emergency response units in the event of emergency situations, at the assigned location </li> </ul> </li> <li>Provide basic emergency medical response (e.g. performs CPR, gives basic first aid) when needed </li> <li>Perform other duties as required </li> </ul> </div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:14.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>What You Bring To Freeport</b></H2> </div><div><ul> <li>Current CPR and first aid certifications, as required by specific site location </li> <li>Skilled in responding appropriately to emergency and conflict situations </li> <li>Knowledge of site rules, regulations, policies and procedures </li> <li>Knowledgeable of the site topography and locations of emergency equipment and access points </li> <li>Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing </li> </ul> </div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:14.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>Preferred Qualifications</b></H2> </div><div><ul> <li>High School diploma or GED </li> </ul> </div></div></div><p><strong>What We Offer You</strong> </p> <p>The estimated pay range for this role is currently <strong>$16.50 - $22.00/hour.</strong> This range reflects base salary only and does not include bonus payments, benefits or retirement contributions. Actual base pay is determined by experience, qualifications, skills and other job-related factors. This role is eligible for additional discretionary and incentive payment considerations based on company and individual performance.
