Support and assist PTFI in development and implementation of an integrated Freeport Safety Health Management System (FSHMS) to ensure comply with ISO 45001 and government regulations.</span></span></span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:11.0px"><span style="font-size:11.0pt"><span><span style="font-family:Calibri, sans-serif"><b><em>Additional Responsibilities:</em></b></span></span></span></p> <ol style="margin-bottom:11.0px"> <li><span style="font-size:11.0pt"><span><span style="font-family:Calibri, sans-serif">Support PTFI’s VP - Mine Safety Division in guiding the strategic direction of PTFI’s occupational health and safety objectives, targets, and programs.</span></span></span></li> <li><span style="font-size:11.0pt"><span><span style="font-family:Calibri, sans-serif">Share global best practices in management systems, risk management, and critical control implementation & monitoring with site leaders and counterparts.</span></span></span></li> <li><span style="font-size:11.0pt"><span><span style="font-family:Calibri, sans-serif">Facilitate collaboration and alignment with PTFI’s key H&S stakeholders, including PTFI business unit leaders, Freeport-McMoRan Inc. (FCX), Mining Industry Indonesia (MIND ID), and regulatory branches of the Government of Indonesia to evolve H&S objectives, targets, and programs.</span></span></span></li> <li><span style="font-size:11.0pt"><span><span style="font-family:Calibri, sans-serif">Guide investigations and root cause analyses related to complex and high severity incidents. Provide guidance to management team during crisis events. </span></span></span></li> <li><span style="font-size:11.0pt"><span><span style="font-family:Calibri, sans-serif">Support emergency preparedness and response efforts, assessing team readiness, and guiding emergency drills and tabletop exercises. </span></span></span></li> <li><span style="font-size:11.0pt"><span><span style="font-family:Calibri, sans-serif">Actively participate in PTFI’s health & safety programs, including Fatal Risk Management, Safety Accountability Program, and frequent interaction in work areas with safety practitioners and operations / maintenance crews.</span></span></span></li> <li><span style="font-size:11.0pt"><span><span style="font-family:Calibri, sans-serif">Support reviews of leading and lagging performance indicators, guiding teams to draw valid conclusions and develop meaningful action plans.</span></span></span></li> <li><span style="font-size:11.0pt"><span><span style="font-family:Calibri, sans-serif">Support governance processes to report accurate and timely information.</span></span></span></li> <li><span style="font-size:11.0pt"><span><span style="font-family:Calibri, sans-serif">Develop technical and leadership competencies of counterparts and counterparts’ teams.</span></span></span></li> <li><span style="font-size:11.0pt"><span><span style="font-family:Calibri, sans-serif">Assess the quality of implementation of safety standards, programs, and action plans across PTFI’s business units, and partner with business unit leaders and H&S teams to respond to findings.</span></span></span></li> <li><span style="font-size:11.0pt"><span><span style="font-family:Calibri, sans-serif">Support PTFI’s risk-based safety teams (e.g. Crane Committee, Electrical Safety Committee, Underground Fire Committee, etc.) to guide their focus.</span></span></span></li> <li><span style="font-size:11.0pt"><span><span style="font-family:Calibri, sans-serif">Monitor and advise on safety policies and practices throughout PTFI's area of work to ensure all safety policies and practices are followed and that they conform to GOI and international standards.</span></span></span></li> <li><span style="font-size:11.0pt"><span><span style="font-family:Calibri, sans-serif">Provide safety advice for the development, maintenance, and continuous style="font-family:Calibri, sans-serif">Act as bridge between the Safety Department and the Area Safety Technical Experts to ensure good coordination and mutual support towards PTFI's continued ISO45001 success.</span></span></span></li> <li><span style="font-size:11.0pt"><span><span style="font-family:Calibri, sans-serif">Coordinate, monitor, and control of the training and development activities of national safety representatives in each division to develop competencies, skills and trust among division managers and field personnel.</span></span></span></li> <li><span style="font-size:11.0pt"><span><span style="font-family:Calibri, sans-serif">Provide content advice and edit all safety-related documents, such as accident investigation reports, monthly reports, sans-serif"><b>Qualifications</b></span></span></span></p> <ul> <li><span style="font-size:11.0pt"><span><span style="font-family:Calibri, sans-serif">Bachelor’s degree in a Technical Engineering discipline or equivalent degree in Health and Safety or similar.</span></span></span></li> <li><span style="font-size:11.0pt"><span><span style="font-family:Calibri, sans-serif">At least ten (10) years of working experience in safety, industrial health management and risk management.</span></span></span></li> <li><span style="font-size:11.0pt"><span><span style="font-family:Calibri, sans-serif">Extensive experience in safety and health system implementation.</span></span></span></li> <li><span style="font-size:11.0pt"><span><span style="font-family:Calibri, sans-serif">Willingness to work in a team environment.</span></span></span></li> <li><span style="font-size:11.0pt"><span><span style="font-family:Calibri, sans-serif">High level communication and
