The majority of our curriculum is designed for students who are enrolled in 4-year degree programs that are optimized for either general psychological science knowledge and skill development (BA) or preparation for scientific careers (BS). This position is a non-tenure eligible Assistant Professor-Educator position with an intended start date of August 15, 2026. The initial term is 3 years and is renewable upon satisfactory performance. All new faculty are provided with mentorship to maximize success in the role. The expected teaching load is seven 3-credit courses per academic year or the equivalent. The retention and promotion criteria for Educator faculty emphasize teaching excellence, leadership in instructional innovation, and professional service.
