Rank and tenure will be determined based on the candidate's credentials. The anticipated start date is January 1, 2027. Appointees will be evaluated for reappointment, promotion, and tenure based on criteria established by the CAECM department and CEAS.</p> <p> </p> <p>The CAECM Department consists of 21 full-time faculty and 3 full-time staff and 2 part-time staff, and houses three accredited undergraduate programs with mandatory co-op: Architectural Engineering (234 students), Civil Engineering (399 students), and Construction Management (412 students). The CAECM Department also houses the Civil Engineering M.Eng. M.S., and Ph.D. graduate programs and the Architectural Engineering M.Eng. program with 85 graduate students. The Department has strong educational and research programs in transportation systems and infrastructure, geotechnical and pavement engineering, building systems, construction management, and structural engineering.
