Follow @Kennametal: Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and YouTube.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p><strong>Role: Manager -Sourcing (Imports)</strong></p> <p> </p> <p><strong>Professional Experience:</strong></p> <p> </p> <p>Should have 12 to 15 years of experience in Imports souring in reputed companies / MNCs.<br>Domain Expertise in the following.<br>Supplier Onboarding with due diligence and evaluation<br>RFQ and Negotiations skills<br>Global Sourcing experience preferred.<br>Cost management<br>On time Delivery<br>Customs regulations process.<br>Compliance requirements in sourcing.<br>Vendor development process.<br>Experience of Inventory, procurement and subcontracting audits’ handling is preferred.</p> <p> </p> <p><strong>Education:</strong></p> <p> </p> <p>Should be a Graduate mechanical Engineer with Post graduate degree / Diploma in Materials Management.</p> <p><br><strong>Soft Skills:</strong></p> <p> </p> <p>Excellent communicator in spoken and written English.<br>Documentation and records maintenance.<br>Data analysis and decision making.</p> <p><br><strong>SAP Expertise:</strong></p> <p> </p> <p>Complete knowledge of MM modules in sourcing.<br>Exposure to SAP HANA is preferred</p> <p><br> <br><strong>Personality:</strong></p> <p> </p> <p>Good communicator<br>Fluent in written, spoken, communications in local and English language.<br>Solution providing approach with objectivity in mind.<br>Should motivate and develop team members<br>Good in giving feedback.<br>Experienced in people management.</p><p><span style="font-size:11.0pt"><span><span style="vertical-align:baseline"><span style="font-family:Calibri, sans-serif"><span style="color:black">As part of our core values, Kennametal is committed to providing an inclusive and welcoming environment for all people.
