<div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>Job Summary</b></H2> </div><div><p>The Animal Disease Diagnostic Laboratory (ADDL) at the Purdue College of Veterinary Medicine is seeking a full or part-time Clinical Molecular Biology Lab Technician to work Sunday and weekday shifts The ADDL is a full-service veterinary diagnostic laboratory that serves the state of Indiana by providing both routine and regulatory diagnostic services to support Indiana veterinarians, animal health officials, livestock producers, and animal owners.</p> <p style="text-align:justify">Perform routine or specialized diagnostic procedures/tests for identification of microbial pathogens of animals and analyze data in support of the diagnostic and research missions of the Animal Disease Diagnostic Laboratory. This position is a molecular position with required training in other laboratory sections as needed to provide backup assistance. </p> <p style="text-align:justify">Must have the ability to multitask and be flexible in order to accomplish daily tasks. Must be willing to work in a team setting. A degree in biology or animal sciences is preferred.
