This role is ideal for a motivated and detail-oriented graduate student interested in career development, student services, or higher education administration.</p> <p> </p> <p>Key Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Provide support for the Business Experience courses, including tracking attendance and assisting with grading.</li> <li>Compile and distribute the weekly job bulletin to Business students, highlighting new opportunities.</li> <li>Assist with the planning and execution of Mock Interview Week, including communication, and logistics.</li> <li>Maintain and update the employer relations database to ensure accurate records and contact information.</li> <li>Support the coordination of career-related events, such as career fairs, networking events, and etc.</li> <li>Provide general administrative support and contribute to additional projects for the Leadership Institute as needed:</li> <li>Assist faculty with execution of program activities.</li> <li>Coordinate scheduling, logistics, and resources for workshops, seminars, and other events related to these programs</li> <li>Manage event attendee registration</li> </ul></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>Education</b></H2> </div><div><p>Bachelor’s Degree required; should be currently enrolled at PNW as a graduate student preferably a Business major</p></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>Experience</b></H2> </div><div><p>This role is ideal for a motivated and detail-oriented graduate student interested in career development, student services, or higher education administration.</p></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>FLSA Status</b></H2> </div><div><p>Non-Exempt</p> </div></div></div>
