This includes mechanical maintenance, lubrication, sanitation, troubleshooting and repair of all equipment from Raw Receiving to Stretch Wrapping and at the Water Recovery Plant. The matrix outlines the progression and skills needed to advance from Step 1, Step 2, and Step 3.</span></li> <li style="color:black"><span style="color:black">Performs preventative maintenance on equipment in their work area(s).</span> <ul> <li style="color:black"><span style="color:black">a) Maintains all shop inventories, tools and equipment. Creates, performs and completes work orders in the system as assigned or as needed and prepares kitting when necessary.</span></li> <li style="color:black"><span style="color:black">b) Coordinates or schedules additional work as needed.</span></li> <li style="color:black"><span style="color:black">c) Identifies parts needed for work to be done, conducts inventory searches and locates parts.</span></li> <li style="color:black"><span style="color:black">d) Documents, monitors, maintains, and assists with reporting of shift events, logging Predictive Maintenance data and assists with work planning utilizing information systems and productivity software.</span></li> </ul> </li> <li style="color:black"><span style="color:black">Maintains Company standards for safety, quality, food safety, sanitation and GMPs.</span> <ul> <li style="color:black"><span style="color:black">a) Works within safety rules and regulations in actively avoiding injury to self and others.</span></li> <li style="color:black"><span style="color:black">b) Ensures proper food safety sanitation and cleaning procedures of all processing equipment and tools.</span></li> </ul> </li> <li style="color:black"><span style="color:black">Maintains necessary level of communication with team members and other support groups and does so in a participative management style conducive with operational goals.</span></li> <li style="color:black"><span style="color:black">May assist with training other plant personnel.</span></li> <li style="color:black"><span style="color:black">Ensures that additional accountabilities required by management are handled in a manner necessary to meet operational standards.</span></li> <li style="color:black"><span style="color:black">Must be able to Able to perform sound welds in accordance with the qualifications required by applicable welding code, standards, and/or project specifications include wire feed, stick, Heliarc, Oxy-Acetylene and sanitary (food-safe) welds for repair and fabrication required.
