We are a true farm-to-table company with an integrated portfolio including food processing and food brands, phosphate mining, fertilizer manufacturing, farming, ranching and cattle production, and other enterprises related to agriculture.</p> <div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>Summary</b></H2> </div><div><p style="margin-bottom:1.0E-4pt;margin:0.0in 0.0in 8.0pt"><span style="color:black">Operates electric and/ or gas-powered industrial truck equipped with lifting devices such as forklift, boom, scoop, or elevating platform, to push, pull, lift, stack, tier, or move finished products, equipment, or dry supply materials by performing the following duties.</span></p></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>Key Responsibilities</b></H2> </div><div><ul> <li style="color:black"><span style="color:black">Operate forklift to deliver, stack and unstack pallets of dry goods and supplies, finished or toted product recording item and count of stock delivered or received.</span></li> <li style="color:black"><span style="color:black">Perform physical finished product inventory as required.</span></li> <li style="color:black"><span style="color:black">Record/track held product and other product that is shuttled to and from Americold.</span></li> <li style="color:black"><span style="color:black">Weigh materials or products and records weight on tags, labels, or production schedules as required.</span></li> <li style="color:black"><span style="color:black">Supply operations employees will work in process materials as required.</span></li> <li style="color:black"><span style="color:black">Change or assist in the changing of batteries or filling Propane tanks.</span></li> <li style="color:black"><span style="color:black">Occasionally stack finished cases and removed damaged cases as required.</span></li> <li style="color:black"><span style="color:black">Participate in the training and development of others as necessary or directed.</span></li> <li style="color:black"><span style="color:black">Perform required quality checks and sampling.</span></li> <li style="color:black"><span style="color:black">Notify appropriate personnel of equipment breakdown.</span></li> <li style="color:black"><span style="color:black">Will assist in training other plant personnel.</span></li> <li style="color:black"><span style="color:black">Other duties may be assigned.</span></li> </ul> <p> </p></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>Qualifications</b></H2> </div><div><ul> <li style="color:black"><span style="color:black">High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.</span></li> <li style="color:black"><span style="color:black">Incumbent must obtain and maintain a valid equipment operator’s license with a Lift Truck and platform/Scissor Lift endorsement within 30 days of starting the bid.</span></li> <li style="color:black"><span style="color:black">Must demonstrate qualification through a job skill evaluation (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, conversion of fractions, decimals, and percentages, and basic mechanical principles).</span></li> <li style="color:black"><span style="color:black">Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
