In this role you will be responsible for designing and modifying manufacturing tooling used to support production operations, including fixtures, work holding, cutting tools, gages, and related equipment. This role translates manufacturing and design intent into robust, safe, and manufacturable tooling solutions that support efficient, repeatable production processes. sans-serif">Own assigned tool design requests from receipt through final release, managing scope, priorities, and follow‑up to drive timely completion.</li> <li track record of producing accurate, error‑free drawings suitable for fabrication and production use.</li> <li ability to independently develop tooling solutions from concept to release with minimal direction.</li> <li This position is eligible to participate in the company incentive plan. The terms and conditions of the company incentive plan will be provided to plan participants on an annual basis.
