In this role you will provide hands-on leadership and independent application of Lean Principles and Methods with a cross-functional team to drive continuous improvement initiatives. This includes leading and supporting kaizen events and improvement initiatives that are aligned with the company’s operational priorities and site-level objectives. This position is eligible to participate in the company incentive plan. The terms and conditions of the company incentive plan will be provided to plan participants on an annual basis.
