We have an amazing opportunity for a Sr. Reliability Engineer reporting to the Reliability Manager, based at Sloan’s Headquarters in Franklin Park. In this role, you will be responsible for quantifying product reliability requirements, ensuring reliability is designed into products through best practices, and verifying that reliability requirements are met through design analysis and testing. You will also play a key role in championing ISO/IAPMO certification for our labs, supporting continuous improvement and compliance across reliability testing operations. This position is eligible to participate in the company incentive plan. The terms and conditions of the company incentive plan will be provided to plan participants on an annual basis.
