In this role you will work in a dynamic, challenging environment responsible for supporting new product development and production as well as maintaining existing product lines, and ensuring high standards of quality <h3 style="font-size:14.0pt"> </h3> <h3 style="font-size:14.0pt">What you will do:</h3> <ul> <li style="font-size:12.0pt;line-height:1.0;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Design and document components & complex assemblies.</li> <li style="font-size:12.0pt;line-height:1.0;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Develop and document engineering specifications and material requirements as required. Process ECNs. Follow established document control procedures.</li> <li style="font-size:12.0pt;line-height:1.0;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Plan effective component and system level experimentation to verify and validate engineering designs to product requirements. Design unique R&D tests</li> <li style="font-size:12.0pt;line-height:1.0;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Analyze and resolve design challenges and quality issues via a solid understanding of the science behind the design through appropriate engineering analysis including FEA and CFD, DFMEA, tolerance analysis, statistical methods, design of experiments, simulation, calculation and other engineering methodologies</li> <li style="font-size:12.0pt;line-height:1.0;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Prepare clear and concise documentation for designs, including drawings, inspection requirements, calibration procedures, and work instructions. This position is eligible to participate in the company incentive plan. The terms and conditions of the company incentive plan will be provided to plan participants on an annual basis.
