About the Role: We have an exciting opening for a Pattern Maker located at our Augusta location. Read more to see if this amazing job opportunity is for you: What you’ll do: <ul id="udflist"> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Set up and operate a wide variety of manual and CNC machine tools and hand finishing operations.</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Inspect tooling equipment for necessary repairs to maintain in proper condition as required.</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Verify conformance of patterns and tool dimensions to specifications, using measuring instruments such as calipers, scales, and micrometers.</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Construct fixtures, and jigs for holding and placing tooling or dies.</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Conduct test runs with completed tools or dies to ensure that parts meet specifications, making adjustments as necessary.</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Review blueprints or other instructions to determine operational methods or sequences.</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Use a wide variety of precision measuring devices.</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Work in a safe and orderly manner at all times.
