<p>Behind every brew is a team that keeps our brewery running at its best. As a <strong>Maintenance Fitter</strong>, you'll play a hands-on role in maintaining our equipment, solving problems, and helping us deliver the quality our brands are known for.</p> <p> </p> <p>Working across the brewery, you'll respond to breakdowns, complete preventative maintenance, and look for better ways of doing things every day. You'll join a team that's passionate about what they do, backs each other and loves sharing knowledge.</p> <p> </p> <p><strong>What you’ll do:</strong></p> <ul type="disc"> <li>Respond to breakdowns and fault finding across the brewery</li> <li>Deliver preventative and planned maintenance to improve equipment reliability</li> <li>Work across a range of brewing and utility equipment, including compressors, centrifuges and other production equipment</li> <li>Partner with Production to minimise downtime and keep things moving</li> <li>Support our TPM journey and identify opportunities for continuous improvement</li> <li>Use SAP and digital maintenance systems to capture work and support planning</li> <li>Put safety and quality at the heart of everything you do</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>You're a qualified Mechanical Fitter who enjoys getting stuck in, solving problems and working as part of a team</strong>. <strong>You'll also bring:</strong></p> <ul type="disc"> <li>A recognised Mechanical Trade qualification</li> <li>Maintenance experience within an FMCG or manufacturing environment</li> <li>Strong fault-finding and troubleshooting capability</li> <li>A proactive mindset and genuine curiosity to improve how things are done</li> <li>Confidence using digital systems</li> <li>Exposure to TPM or Lean manufacturing practices is advantageous</li> <li>A strong commitment to safety, teamwork and quality</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>Please note, this role works a rotating Monday to Friday roster:</strong></p> <ul type="disc"> <li>6:00am to 2:00pm</li> <li>2:00pm to 10:00pm</li> <li>10:00pm to 6:00am</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p>The rotation includes five day shifts, four afternoon shifts and four night shifts.</p> <p><strong><em> </em></strong></p> <p><strong>Not sure if you tick every box?</strong><br>That’s ok!
