About this role

<p>We&apos;re looking for a <strong>Production Tradesperson (Mechanical) </strong>to join our Engineering team at The Pride on a <strong>9-month fixed term contract. </strong></p> <p> </p> <p>Reporting to the Brewing Reliability Leader, you&apos;ll play a key role in keeping our brewery running at its best through preventative and reactive maintenance, fault finding, and asset reliability improvements. Working closely with Production, Engineering and Maintenance teams, you&apos;ll help drive safe, reliable and efficient plant performance across site.</p> <p> </p> <p>This role operates on a rotating shift pattern of two weeks on mornings followed by two weeks on afternoons.</p> <h3>What you&apos;ll be doing:</h3> <ul> <li>Delivering preventative and reactive maintenance across brewing and packaging assets</li> <li>Troubleshooting equipment issues and identify root causes to improve reliability</li> <li>Supporting planned shutdowns, maintenance reviews and asset care activities</li> <li>Maintaining high standards of safety, quality and engineering compliance</li> <li>Using SAP to manage maintenance activities and asset information</li> <li>Partnering with Production, Engineering and Planning teams to improve equipment performance and asset life</li> <li>Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives across site</li> </ul> <h3>Some of the skills you will bring to the role:</h3> <ul> <li>Mechanical trade qualification</li> <li>Experience in FMCG, food &amp; beverage, manufacturing or a similar industrial environment</li> <li>Strong fault-finding and problem-solving capability</li> <li>Experience with preventative maintenance programs and CMMS systems</li> <li>Knowledge of root cause analysis and continuous improvement methodologies</li> <li>Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach</li> <li>A commitment to safety and quality</li> <li>Can line and Ferrum seamer maintenance and troubleshooting experience</li> <li>Experience working with high-speed packaging equipmen and exposure to TPM or asset management frameworks is highly regarded</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p>This is a great opportunity to join a high-performing team at The Pride, broaden your experience and make a tangible impact on asset reliability and site performance.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
