Drivers are expected to operate with the utmost of professionalism, ownership, and integrity by completing thorough inspections, managing documentation accurately, communicating operational issues proactively, and upholding the company’s safety and performance standards at all times. style="font-size:12.0pt;font-family:'Times New Roman', serif">Conduct Pre/Post trip inspections- are mandatory for commercial motor vehicle drivers, requiring them to check key components like service brakes, parking brakes, steering mechanism, lights, tires, horns, windshield wipers, rear-vision mirrors, and coupling devices before operating the vehicle, ensuring the vehicle is in safe working order </span></li> <li style="margin-bottom:0.0in;line-height:normal;margin-top:0.0in;margin-right:0.0in;font-size:11.0pt;font-family:Calibri, sans-serif"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;font-family:'Times New Roman', serif">Navigation and Route Planning- Familiarizing oneself with routes, navigating through different areas, and adjusting to changing traffic
