<h3><span style="font-size:12.0pt"><strong>About the role</strong></span></h3> <p><span style="font-size:12.0pt">The Daily Technician supports daily preventive maintenance activities at the Pasir Gudang factory, working closely with operators, process engineers, supervisors, and the maintenance team. The role is critical in ensuring equipment reliability, safe operations, and compliance with GMP and company standards to support smooth daily production.</span></p> <p><span style="font-size:12.0pt">Reporting to the Maintenance Coordinator, the Daily Technician is responsible for executing preventive maintenance plans, identifying potential technical issues at an early stage, and supporting continuous improvement in machine condition and performance. Safety, GMP & Compliance</strong></span></h4> <ul> <li style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="font-size:12.0pt">Perform maintenance activities in compliance with company safety policies, GMP standards, and regulatory requirements</span></li> <li style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="font-size:12.0pt">Promote and practice a strong safety-first culture during all maintenance and repair activities</span></li> <li style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="font-size:12.0pt">Ensure work areas and equipment are left in safe, clean, and hygienic condition after maintenance work</span></li> </ul> <div> <h4><span style="font-size:12.0pt"><strong>2. Preventive Maintenance Execution</strong></span></h4> <ul> <li style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="font-size:12.0pt">Execute, follow and conduct the preventive maintenance plan, balancing timing, accuracy, and cost effectiveness</span></li> <li style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="font-size:12.0pt">Support daily preventive maintenance activities together with operators, supervisors, and process engineers</span></li> <li style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="font-size:12.0pt">Encourage continuous focus on maintaining machines in optimal operating condition</span></li> </ul> <h4><span style="font-size:12.0pt"><strong>3. Equipment Monitoring & Issue Reporting</strong></span></h4> <ul> <li style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="font-size:12.0pt">Identify, monitor and report potential equipment issues in the short, mid, and long term</span></li> <li style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="font-size:12.0pt">Escalate abnormalities and risks early to prevent unplanned downtime or equipment failure</span></li> <li style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="font-size:12.0pt">Maintain awareness of equipment condition across the production line</span></li> </ul> <h4><span style="font-size:12.0pt"><strong>4. Troubleshooting & Operational Support</strong></span></h4> <ul> <li style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="font-size:12.0pt">Work independently with strong technical knowledge and emergency response awareness</span></li> <li style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="font-size:12.0pt">Understand the interrelation between different equipment and production processes</span></li> <li style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="font-size:12.0pt">Support troubleshooting activities to restore equipment functionality efficiently</span></li> </ul> <h4><span style="font-size:12.0pt"><strong>5. Learning & Continuous Improvement</strong></span></h4> <ul> <li style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="font-size:12.0pt">Demonstrate eagerness to learn and continuously build technical and operational knowledge</span></li> <li style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="font-size:12.0pt">Support initiatives to improve preventive maintenance effectiveness and machine reliability</span></li> </ul> <h3> </h3> <h3><span style="font-size:12.0pt"><strong>About you</strong></span></h3> <ul> <li style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="font-size:12.0pt">Strong technical knowledge in <strong>mechanical and/or electrical systems</strong></span></li> <li style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="font-size:12.0pt">Hands-on experience in <strong>preventive maintenance</strong> within a manufacturing or industrial environment</span></li> <li style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="font-size:12.0pt">Exposure to <strong>safety practices and GMP requirements</strong></span></li> <li style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="font-size:12.0pt">Apprenticeship, technical certification, or <strong>Bachelor’s degree</strong> in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics or related field</span></li> <li style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="font-size:12.0pt">Good understanding of <strong>preventive maintenance systems and industrial equipment</strong></span></li> <li style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="font-size:12.0pt">Ability to <strong>work independently</strong> with strong sense of responsibility and urgency</span></li> <li style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="font-size:12.0pt">Safety-focused mindset with commitment to completing tasks accurately and efficiently</span></li> <li style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="font-size:12.0pt">Willingness to <strong>learn and continuously improve</strong> technical skills</span></li> <li style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="font-size:12.0pt">Ability to work effectively with operators, technicians, engineers, and supervisors</span></li> <li style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="font-size:12.0pt">Proficient in <strong>local language</strong>, with basic working knowledge of English</span></li> </ul> </div> </div>
