Supports the full deployment of Continuous Improvement (CI) initiatives at the site. Responsible for process design, equipment specification, and process optimization to improve performance, cost efficiency, and product quality. Evaluates and implements new technologies and procedures to enhance manufacturing operations. Leads and contributes to projects, managing cross-functional teams, contractors, and external vendors. Develops equipment and service specifications, generates RFPs, and supports vendor selection.
