This role drives excellence in safety, health, and environment across the site to achieve the best safety and sustainability results. The SHE Manager will develop the local strategy to deliver legal compliance and ensure execution of BC Standards. This role will ensure the implementation of programs to drive the reduction of safety incidents and environmentally harmful impacts. The SHE Manager leads and manages SHE-related incidents on site. This role provides guidance and support on relevant SHE matters. serif">Leads SHE incident management and drives management of relevant programs and actions relating to documented risks and or incident follow-up.</span></li> <li serif">Conducts SHE meetings, audits, and inspections to ensure compliance, evaluate performance, identify corrective and preventive actions, and implement follow-up assessments.</span></li> <li serif">Provides site employees, contractors, and visitors with guidance on health and safety and confirms the site complies with Barry Callebaut, industry, local, state/provincial, and national style="font-size:12.0pt;font-family:'Times New Roman', serif">Collaborates with management to develop and maintain an Emergency Response Plan and serves as the primary contact for site SHE incident sans-serif"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;font-family:'Times New Roman', serif">Integrating occupational health and safety imperatives with business decision-making and risk management.</span></li> serif">Advising on engineering and maintenance practices to drive improvement of safe systems.</span></li> <li serif">Drive positive SHE culture, through but not limited to: embedding the 10 BC Life Saving Principles, Gemba safety talks and training, and putting Safety first, demonstrated by consistent
