<div><strong><span>About the role:</span></strong></div> <div>As a Gourmet Sales Coordinator, you play a central role in supporting the sales organization across the SEE region. Acting as a link between customers, sales teams and internal stakeholders, you ensure smooth execution of all sales‑related activities: from lead tracking and quotations to order management and reporting.<br>This role combines strong administrative coordination with customer‑facing responsibilities, making you a key contributor to both customer satisfaction and sales performance.<br> </div> <div><strong><span>Key responsibilities:</span></strong></div> <ul style="list-style-type:disc"> <li>Act as a key contact for customer inquiries and follow up on order status.</li> <li>Coordinate meetings, sales appointments and communication with customers.</li> <li>Support Account Managers in demand forecasting, contract management and pricing topics.</li> <li>Assist in resolving pricing issues, invoice queries and order‑related challenges.</li> <li>Create and process customer orders accurately and on time.</li> <li>Manage rush orders and monitor pending orders to ensure timely execution.</li> <li>Coordinate sample requests and track execution.</li> <li>Support management of customer accounts and ensure smooth administrative processes.</li> <li>Maintain and update price lists, trade terms and customer records.</li> <li>Track sales performance and prepare reports, dashboards and presentations.</li> <li>Analyze trends and support the development of sales strategies.</li> <li>Monitor and improve sales administrative processes across the team.</li> <li>Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain and Logistics teams.</li> <li>Ensure alignment between quotes, contracts and operational execution.</li> <li>Support coordination of projects for key accounts and track deadlines.</li> </ul> <div> </div> <div><strong><span>About you</span>:</strong></div> <ul style="list-style-type:disc"> <li>Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales or a related field (or equivalent experience).\</li> <li>Experience in a sales or customer service environment.</li> <li>Knowledge of SAP and CRM systems is preferred.</li> <li>Strong analytical mindset and ability to interpret sales data.</li> <li>Excellent organization and time‑management skills.</li> <li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills with customer‑focused mindset.</li> <li>Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast‑paced environment.</li> <li>Good knowledge of Excel and reporting tools.</li> <li>Fluent in English, both written and spoken.</li> </ul> <div> </div> <div><strong><span>We offer:</span></strong></div> <ul style="list-style-type:disc"> <li>The opportunity to work with a leading global chocolate company and drive success in the gourmet segment markets and customers in SEE region<span> </span></li> <li>A dynamic and collaborative work environment that values innovation and growth.</li> <li>Competitive compensation, including benefts bonuses like health insurance.</li> <li>Opportunities for professional development and career advancement within Barry Callebaut&apos;s global organization.</li> </ul>
