<p>Vacancy Status: Active vacancy (currently recruiting).</p> <p> </p> <p><strong>About the role:</strong></p> <p> </p> <p>The Production–Liquid Operator role requires a strong combination of technical ability, food‑safety awareness, communication skills, and mechanical aptitude to ensure safe and efficient transformation of raw materials into finished liquid products. </p> <p>The Production-Liquid Operator ensures food and employee safety in their daily routine.</p> <p> </p> <p><strong>Key responsibilities:</strong></p> <p> </p> <ul> <li>Operate production equipment and follow recipes accurately according to the production schedule.</li> <li>Adjust processing parameters (pre‑refiners, refiners, conch temperatures) and add required ingredients per specifications.</li> <li>Operate and monitor PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) systems to ensure proper equipment performance.</li> <li>Transfer product safely and efficiently between processing equipment and finished tanks.</li> <li>Conduct quality checks, including fineness testing and CCP monitoring, and record results.</li> <li>Perform basic and preventive maintenance, identifying and escalating mechanical issues when required.</li> <li>Ensure full compliance with food safety regulations, HACCP procedures, and sanitation standards.</li> <li>Use SAP and other systems for production data entry, inventory tracking, and documentation accuracy.</li> <li>Maintain detailed production logs, shift records, and operational documentation.</li> <li>Communicate production status, issues, and shift handover information clearly to team members and leads, while supporting cross‑trained roles as needed.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>About you:</strong></p> <p> </p> <ul type="disc"> <li>High school diploma required.</li> <li>Food manufacturing experience considered an asset.</li> <li>Experience with SAP considered an asset.</li> <li>Must be able to freely move around entire facility.</li> <li>Must be able to lift 55lbs.</li> <li>Ability to work in and be exposed to heat.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>Compensation:</strong> Hourly Rate: $30<br><strong>Working Hours:</strong> Continental shifts 6:45am to 7:00pm / 6:45pm to 7:00am<br><strong>Shift Details:</strong> Day Shift / Night Shift</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
