The Heat Treatment and Milling Work Centers currently run 24 hours a day, 6 days a week, requiring the Technicians to work 3-12 ½ hour shifts. The schedule will rotate every 10 weeks from the front half of the week to the back half of the week. Shift schedules are Monday - Wednesday and Thursday - Saturday from 4:00 pm to 4:30 am. As a Manufacturing Technician at the plant, you will be part of a collaborative team, learning all aspects of the plant’s operations. This role will have a focused career progression with a skill development system that allows for multiple avenues to promotion. How you would contribute to the role: In this role, you will learn the entire milling, blending, and heat treat processes – from prepping the product to running the milling and classification equipment, to inline QA testing, to cleaning and sanitizing all of the equipment. You will assist in developing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), training materials, and schedules. Since this is a GMP-regulated plant, completing and maintaining all required records and documentation will be important. Over time, as you develop in your career, you will train other team members on proper standards and operating procedures and provide peer reviews and feedback to team members.
