Serve as a key member of the global Talent Management team, supporting the design and deployment of global Talent Management strategies. Support and/or sub-lead for: <ul> <li>Competency management including competency assessment and analytics</li> <li>JD and Competency management initiative under Elevate project</li> <li>Capability/career management initiatives</li> <li>SWP project</li> <li>Talent assessment (not PM) and Succession Management initiatives</li> <li>Development support for hipo-talents</li> </ul></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="margin:0.0px">Job Duties</H2> </div><div><ul type="disc"> <li>Capability/Competency management</li> <ul type="circle"> <li>Support competency framework establishment to build and maintain competency library for enterprise and functions with SMEs in functions.</li> <li>Support relevant HR teams (e.g. L&D) to implement the organization's formal development frameworks as competency SME.</li> <li>Establish competency assessment framework and implement the assessment practice into organization.</li> <li>Analize the results of assessment and propose solutions to create a value for organization and individual development</li> <li>Create SOPs and/or any required materials for sustainable process governance.</li> </ul> <li>JD and Competency management</li> <ul type="circle"> <li>Support Elevate project to implement globally standardized JDs into functions as competency SMEs and knowledge of job architecture.</li> <li>Support JDMS project and co-lead for competency related module implementation with region alignment.</li> </ul> <li>SWP project</li> <ul type="circle"> <li>Evaluate the capabilities of employee to identify gaps and prioritize development activities as competency SME</li> <li>Connect and communicate with relevant HR teams to introduce SWP related competency management into functions</li> <li>Contribute to create SWP framework in scope of People & Culture.</li> </ul> <li>Other talent and succession management tasks (TBD)</li> </ul></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="margin:0.0px">Job Qualifications</H2> </div><div>Required: <ul> <li>Minimum of 7 years of experience in talent management, talent development or HR-related roles.</li> <li>Experience in HRIS system module administration/design/implementation – especially centralized employee data, succession management, performance management, CDP, or LMS (At least one module experience is required).</li> <li>Experience in working with global team or under diverse working environment.</li> <li>Proven ability to analyze and interpret HR data to drive decision-making.</li> <li>Strong administration skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.</li> <li>Knowledge of HRIS systems (WorkDay, SuccessFactor etc).</li> <li>Enter specific skills required such as computer skills, mathematical skills, etc.</li> <li>Excellent speaking and writing skills in English.</li> <li>Global working hours: Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday / JST 8-10 pm except no global meeting week.</li> <li>Japan/EMEA team working hours: Starting from 7am CET on some days is required.</li> </ul> Preferred: <ul> <li>Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field. (preferred).</li> <li>Experience in project management lead (preferred).</li> <li>Strong understanding of talent development strategies, capability management, career management. The anticipated base pay range for this full-time position is $94,580.00 - $150,412.00 / year, plus potential for annual bonus (subject to plan eligibility and other requirements). This pay range represents the National Average of the range, and may vary depending on the location of the individual.
