<div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="margin:0.0px">Company</H2> </div><div><p><span>We are seeking a <strong>Chief of Staff</strong> to support senior medical leadership within <strong>Group Medical Assistance</strong>, with responsibility across <strong>Asia, ANZ, EMEA </strong>(excluding the Americas).</span></p> <p>This is a high-impact role focused on strengthening how our <strong>medical teams (doctors and nurses)</strong> operate, collaborate and develop across our Assistance Centres. The successful candidate will act as a trusted partner to senior leaders, ensuring strong governance, coordination of priorities, and delivery of strategic initiatives that improve performance, engagement, and operational consistency.</p> <p>A key focus will be enabling cross-centre collaboration, including leveraging the <strong>Mexico City Assistance Centre as a collaborative hub</strong> to create <strong>“follow-the-sun” support opportunities</strong> for other Assistance Centres.</p> <p>This role is ideal for someone with strong leadership potential, excellent stakeholder management skills, and experience in <strong>people-focused project delivery</strong>, organisational coordination, or operational transformation in an international environment.</p></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="margin:0.0px">The Role</H2> </div><div><p><strong>Key focus areas include:</strong></p> <ul type="disc"> <li>Medical leadership governance and coordination</li> <li>Workforce development and engagement initiatives</li> <li>Cross-centre collaboration and operating model improvement</li> <li>Project delivery supporting Assistance medical teams</li> <li>Practical innovation and continuous improvement that enhances clinical outcomes</li> </ul></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="margin:0.0px">Requirements</H2> </div><div><ul type="disc"> <li>Bachelor’s degree required. Advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) is an advantage but not mandatory.</li> <li>3–7 years’ experience in consulting, operations, chief-of-staff, program/project delivery or workforce development roles.</li> <li>Experience working with professional or clinical communities preferred.</li> <li>Exposure to HR, organisational development or talent initiatives is an advantage.</li> <li>Experience in international, matrixed organisations preferred.</li> <li>Strong working knowledge of Microsoft 365 tools.</li> <li>Strong interpersonal skills with ability to influence without direct authority.</li> <li>Highly organised and structured with ability to manage multiple priorities.</li> <li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including executive reporting.</li> <li>Strong judgement and discretion, particularly on sensitive people-related topics.</li> <li>International Travel principally to Assistance Centre locations as required.</li> </ul></div></div></div>
