<p><strong>A. Overall Purpose Of The Job </strong></p> <p>Providing commercial support, pricing calculation, value added review and analysis on the financial performance of Aspire Singapore business, inclusive of planning, managing and analyzing financials, working capital / cashflow management and balance sheet governance for Singapore and provide additional report and other ad-hoc financial analysis to the regional Aspire APMEA finance team</p> <p><strong>B. Key Responsibilities</strong></p> <p>Within this role you will have the ownership to:• Month end closing<br>• Ensure month end closing activities are completed by Global Shared Services team and all required documents are submitted on time<br>• Review and analyse the profitability of all products, including pricing and product allocations<br>• Manage General & Administration expenditure to be in line with target and KPI, as well as compliance with General Affairs Policy and Procedures (GAPP)<br>• Manage Capex budgets<br>• Provide variance commentary and preparing Monthly Business Review pack<br>• Submit profitability and other information for global/ regional accounts to Regional team.<br>• Monitor and drive necessary actions to meet/exceed all KPIs (financial & non-financial), including working capital such as Cash, AR, AP, Interco and WIP.<br>• Budgeting/Forecasting<br>• Lead in the forecasting/budgeting process, building up the budget/forecast by partnering with various departments to gather the necessary information<br>• Review and assess sales pipeline<br>• Strategic long term planning to meet long term goal<br>• Provide additional charts/analysis in budget packs to articulate year-on-year growth</p> <p><strong>C. Job Profile</strong></p> <p><strong>Required Skills and Knowledge</strong><br>• Strong numerical and analytical skills, problem solver<br>• Good finance knowledge<br>• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.<br>• Experience in a professional services MNC environment preferred, but not requisite<br>• Knowledge of Oracle, Cognos a plus</p> <p><em><strong>Required Competencies</strong></em><br>• Team player with good communication and interpersonal skills<br>• Highly adaptable to changing requirements, driven and energizing<br>• Adopts issues & resolutions-based approach to problems<br>• Ability to multi-task and operate under tight timeline<br>• Proactive and resourceful</p> <p><em><strong>Required Work Experience</strong></em><br>• At least 12 years of experience, of which 5 have been in FP&A in an MNC environment<br>• FP&A and commercial finance experience would be a plus<br>• Minimal travel required (<20%) to Singapore to visit the office</p> <p><em><strong>Required Qualifications</strong></em></p> <p>• Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy or equivalent, CPA Preferred</p> <p><strong>Required Languages</strong><br>• Fluent written and spoken English</p>
