In this role, you’ll be the calm, experienced voice supporting callers overseas when they need it most.</div> <p>Day to day the role will:</p> <ul> <li>Deliver telephone triage and clinical recommendations to people all over the world</li> <li>Liaise with international hospitals, doctors, nurses and allied health professionals to get the full picture on patients who are admitted or being treated overseas</li> <li>Actively involved in medical evacuations and repatriations, working with both operational and senior medical directors.</li> <li>Coordinate with medical, aviation, and operations teams to facilitate timely care for our patients globally</li> <li>Keep case documentation clear and up to date in a busy, supportive environment</li> <li>Work within a large team of nurses, doctors, operational and security experts.
