<div> <h4>About the Role</h4> We’re looking for an EHS Specialist to help maintain a safe, compliant, and high-performing manufacturing environment. This role partners closely with plant leadership, operations, and HR to support Environmental, Health & Safety programs and promote a strong safety culture. <h4>What You’ll Do</h4> <ul> <li>Assist in administering EHS programs at the plant level</li> <li>Conduct inspections, audits, and incident investigations</li> <li>Deliver EHS and new-hire safety training</li> <li>Support OSHA/EPA compliance, documentation, and reporting</li> <li>Track safety metrics and recommend improvement actions</li> <li>Coordinate hazardous and non-hazardous waste activities</li> <li>Partner with HR on workers’ compensation and return-to-work efforts</li> <li>Help identify and eliminate unsafe conditions or behaviors</li> </ul> <h4>What We’re Looking For</h4> <ul> <li>Degree in EHS, Occupational Safety, Industrial Hygiene, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)</li> <li>Experience supporting EHS programs in a manufacturing environment</li> <li>Knowledge of OSHA/EPA regulations and safety standards</li> <li>Strong communication and organizational skills</li> <li>Comfortable working on the plant floor and wearing PPE</li> <li>Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools</li> </ul> <h4>Preferred Qualifications</h4> <ul> <li>Manufacturing or industrial environment experience</li> <li>Professional certifications (ASP, CSP, CIH, CHMM)</li> <li>Experience delivering safety training</li> </ul> <h4>Why Join Us</h4> You’ll join a team that takes safety seriously, values accountability, and believes in continuous improvement—where your work makes a real difference every day. </div>Overview: Dart makes everyday products that give people the freedom to enjoy the food & drinks they love, wherever they are.
