Responsibilities</h3> <ul> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Safely assemble, wire, and troubleshoot electrical controls for production equipment</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Go beyond basic wiring—analyze system logic and perform advanced troubleshooting</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Diagnose and repair electrical systems at both the control panel and circuit board level</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Read and interpret electrical schematics, control drawings, bills of materials, and machine assembly prints</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Identify and evaluate electrical and electronic components</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Perform advanced bench testing using tools such as multimeters and oscilloscopes</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Design and layout control circuits (intermediate to advanced sans-serif">Strong logic-based troubleshooting skills (not just control panel wiring)</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Experience with electronic troubleshooting, including circuit board diagnostics</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Ability to read and apply electrical schematics in real-world troubleshooting scenarios</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Understanding of logic gates, digital circuits, relays, and solid-state systems</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Knowledge of microprocessor-based systems and PLC controls</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Proficiency with electrical principles including Ohm’s Law, AC/DC circuits, and resistor helvetica, sans-serif">College coursework + 3+ years of experience, OR</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">6+ years of related electrical/electronics experience</li> </ul> </li>
