We are seeking a skilled and driven Process Engineer to support and lead moderately complex engineering projects focused on developing and improving process control systems across our manufacturing operations. This role plays a key part in optimizing performance from raw material input through finished product, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency at every stage. What You’ll Do <ul> <li>Lead and manage engineering projects of moderate to large scope, ensuring timely completion and alignment with business goals</li> <li>Design, improve, and implement process control systems and procedures</li> <li>Troubleshoot production issues and develop practical, scalable engineering solutions</li> <li>Conduct process failure analyses, audits, and root cause investigations to drive consistency across operations</li> <li>Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and process documentation</li> <li>Collaborate cross-functionally with engineers, technicians, production teams, and other departments</li> <li>Perform feasibility studies related to manufacturing processes including fabrication, machining, and assembly</li> <li>Establish and implement continuous improvement initiatives focused on safety, quality, efficiency, and cost</li> <li>Create and execute test plans, analyze data, and implement process improvements</li> <li>Assist with equipment diagnosis and provide hands-on support during troubleshooting activities</li> <li>Ensure compliance with safety standards, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and regulatory requirements</li> </ul> What We’re Looking For <ul> <li>Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (or related field) with 3+ years of experience.
