With approximately $3 billion in sales and 3,400 employees worldwide, we have a material presence in more than 20 countries.</p><div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>Purpose of Job:</b></H2> </div><div><p> </p> <p>The EMEA+I Sales Manager is responsible for developing and growing sales of Huber Advanced Materials’ (<strong><a title="" href="https://www.huberadvancedmaterials.com/" target="_self">HAM</a></strong>) solutions to global key accounts across Europe, as well as to existing and new customers in India, the Middle East, and Africa.</p> <p><br>As a key member of the EMEA+I Sales Team, this role focuses on strong sales development, long-term relationship building, and effective collaboration with customers and distribution partners within the Surface &amp; Adhesives market segment.</p> <p><br>The position contributes directly to sustainable revenue growth and profitability while strengthening the Huber / Martinswerk brands in the market.</p> <p><br>A core element of the role is initiating and driving new business development for both existing and new product applications in order to expand sales and margin across the region.</p> <p> </p> <p><strong><em>This position can be located in Bergheim, Germany, or remotely within Germany.</em></strong></p></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>Main Responsibilities:</b></H2> </div><div><p> </p> <p>• Manage global key accounts across Europe and coordinate activities with large, internationally active customers.<br>• Provide excellent commercial and strategic support to existing customers, distributors, and prospective accounts by leveraging the full product portfolio and application capabilities.<br>• Build strong partnerships with existing distributors in export markets and support them in maximizing profitable sales.<br>• Systematically develop new business by identifying opportunities, understanding customer needs, and successfully selling Huber solutions across multiple functions, from senior executives to R&amp;D and procurement.<br>• Drive growth in sales volume and gross margin while ensuring effective value-based pricing.<br>• Maintain a deep understanding of market dynamics, competition, and industry trends.<br>• Collaborate closely with Technical Support, R&amp;D, and Marketing to support product launches.<br>• Communicate and regularly update the sales team on opportunities and account developments.<br>• Perform standard sales responsibilities including forecasting, CRM updates, call reports, and account planning.</p></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>Requirements &amp; Qualifications:</b></H2> </div><div><p> </p> <p>• Degree or equivalent education in Business, Materials Science, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field, combined with proven account management expertise.<br>• Professional experience in European companies active in chemicals, coatings, adhesives, polymers, or mineral-based industries.<br>• Minimum of 10 years of experience in B2B sales or technical service within relevant industries in Europe.<br>• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with fluency in English and a good command of German; additional languages are an advantage.<br>• Self-motivated, team-oriented sales professional with strong business acumen and customer focus.<br>• Action- and results-oriented mindset with the ability to seize commercial opportunities.<br>• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools (e.g. Salesforce).<br>• Experience in an international business environment and willingness to travel up to 50% within Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and India.</p></div></div></div><p> </p> <p><strong>Have we sparked your interest?
