You will work across the full stack — from backend services and data flows to frontend applications — ensuring that fleet behavior remains <strong>robust, observable, and scalable</strong> as the number of robots, customers, and use cases grows.</p> <p>This role is ideal for engineers who enjoy <strong>designing scalable systems</strong> and want to see their work directly improve customer operations in production environments.</p> <p> </p> <p><strong>What This Role Is About</strong></p> <ul type="disc"> <li>Building <strong>scalable fleet‑level software</strong> used in real customer operations</li> <li>Solving problems that span <strong>backend services, data, APIs, and user interfaces</strong></li> <li>Designing software that continues to perform as fleets, customers, and data volumes grow</li> <li>Turning customer‑observed fleet issues into <strong>robust, long‑term improvements</strong></li> <li>Working close to production systems and operational reality</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p> <ul type="disc"> <li>Take end‑to‑end ownership of <strong>fleet‑level software issues</strong> observed in customer deployments</li> <li>Design, implement, and maintain <strong>scalable backend services</strong> using <strong>C# / .NET</strong></li> <li>Develop and improve <strong>frontend applications</strong> using <strong>Vue.js</strong>, with focus on usability at scale</li> <li>Implement backend logic, APIs, and data processing in <strong>C# and Python</strong></li> <li>Design systems that handle <strong>many robots, large data volumes, and concurrent users</strong></li> <li>Analyze logs, metrics, and customer feedback to diagnose <strong>fleet‑scale behavior</strong></li> <li>Reproduce and debug issues in <strong>distributed and asynchronous systems</strong></li> <li>Improve performance, reliability, and scalability of fleet management tooling</li> <li>Assess whether issues can be resolved within the front‑office scope or require structured escalation to core R&D</li> <li>Escalate with <strong>clear technical analysis, scaling considerations, and solution proposals</strong></li> <li>Collaborate closely with navigation, connectivity, embedded, and R&D teams</li> <li>Contribute to <strong>automated testing, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment workflows</strong> that support scalable systems</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p>This is <strong>not a pure frontend or backend role</strong>.<br>You are expected to <strong>design and reason about scalable systems across the full stack</strong>.</p> <p> </p> <p><strong>All About You</strong></p> <p> </p> <p><strong>Mandatory Qualifications</strong></p> <ul type="disc"> <li>5+ years of professional experience in software development</li> <li>Strong hands‑on experience with <strong>C# and .NET</strong> in production systems</li> <li>Experience developing services or tooling using <strong>Python</strong></li> <li>Solid experience building modern web frontends using <strong>Vue.js</strong></li> <li>Proven ability to work across <strong>frontend, backend, and APIs</strong></li> <li>Experience building or maintaining <strong>scalable, distributed systems</strong></li> <li>Strong understanding of software quality, design principles, and clean code</li> <li>Experience with test‑driven development and agile methodologies</li> <li>Fluent in spoken and written English</li> <li>M.Sc. in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Robotics Engineering, or a related field</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>Proficiency Required in Several of the Following</strong></p> <ul type="disc"> <li>Fleet management or large‑scale system monitoring solutions</li> <li>Designing <strong>scalable APIs</strong> and service‑to‑service communication</li> <li>Distributed and asynchronous system behavior</li> <li>Data modeling and persistence for growing data volumes</li> <li>Frontend UX for <strong>operational and high‑data‑density interfaces</strong></li> <li>Containerized applications and scalable deployment workflows</li> <li>CI/CD pipelines and automated testing for distributed systems</li> <li>Version control systems (e.g., Git)</li> <li>Experience collaborating across <strong>front‑office and core R&D teams</strong></li> <li>Background in robotics, automation, or complex operational software</li> <li>Experience using AI development tools</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>Personal Attributes</strong></p> <p>You enjoy solving <strong>real customer problems at scale</strong>.
