We believe that our differences enable us to be a better team – one that makes better decisions, drives innovation and delivers better business results.</span><br><br><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color:black">Opportunity Overview</span><br><br></p> <p><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color:black">• Creates and implements support plan for customer in conjunction with cross functional groups and customer maintenance team with objectives of reducing equipment downtime and maintenance cost.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color:black">• Perform system installation, PM, calibration, retrofit, training and troubleshooting. </span></p> <p><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color:black">• Escalates service problem and take ownership of problem until it is resolved.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color:black">• Provides technical expertise and value to customers.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color:black">• Provides answers to customer inquiries concerning system.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color:black">• Provides hardware development and consultation.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color:black">• More senior levels may provide recommendations/inputs into the next generation product development.</span></p> <p> </p> <p><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color:black">All About You</span><br><br><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color:black">We seek individuals who share our passion and determination.
