Monitors project management compliance of other functional groups and assists when needed.</li> <li style="color:black;background-color:white;margin-top:0.0in;margin-right:0.0in;margin-bottom:0.0in;font-size:12.0pt;font-family:Calibri, sans-serif">Communicate the status of projects to stakeholders, including the Senior Management; escalate issues as needed. Point of contact for any issues and concerns.</li> <li style="color:black;background-color:white;margin-top:0.0in;margin-right:0.0in;margin-bottom:0.0in;font-size:12.0pt;font-family:Calibri, sans-serif">Present regular project updates to Project Sponsors and Stakeholders Build PM training materials and conducts training, as necessary.</li> <li style="color:black;background-color:white;margin-top:0.0in;margin-right:0.0in;margin-bottom:0.0in;font-size:12.0pt;font-family:Calibri, sans-serif">Attend to Project Management Office operational tasks and provide support to operations in linking organizational strategies to project execution and goals.<br> </li> </ul> <p style="background-color:white;margin:0.0in;font-size:11.0pt;font-family:Calibri, sans-serif"><strong><u>Basic Qualifications, Education & Skills:</u></strong></p> <p style="margin:0.0in 0.0in 0.0in 0.5in;background-color:white;font-size:11.0pt;font-family:Calibri, sans-serif"> </p> <ul style="margin-top:0.0in;margin-bottom:0.0in" type="disc"> <li style="color:black;background-color:white;margin-top:0.0in;margin-right:0.0in;margin-bottom:0.0in;font-size:12.0pt;font-family:Calibri, sans-serif">College graduate of any 4 years course; preferably a graduate of Industrial Engineering or Information Technology.</li> <li style="color:black;background-color:white;margin-top:0.0in;margin-right:0.0in;margin-bottom:0.0in;font-size:12.0pt;font-family:Calibri, sans-serif">At least 5 years’ experience in leading/managing projects or continuous improvement activities.</li> <li style="color:black;background-color:white;margin-top:0.0in;margin-right:0.0in;margin-bottom:0.0in;font-size:12.0pt;font-family:Calibri, sans-serif">Minimum 3 years’ experience in leading/managing Software Development Projects.</li> <li style="color:black;background-color:white;margin-top:0.0in;margin-right:0.0in;margin-bottom:0.0in;font-size:12.0pt;font-family:Calibri, sans-serif">Excellent communication and composition skills with ability to foster communication and integration between project teams and or functional groups.</li> <li style="color:black;background-color:white;margin-top:0.0in;margin-right:0.0in;margin-bottom:0.0in;font-size:12.0pt;font-family:Calibri, sans-serif">Critical thinker, process oriented and strong documentation skills.</li> <li style="color:black;background-color:white;margin-top:0.0in;margin-right:0.0in;margin-bottom:0.0in;font-size:12.0pt;font-family:Calibri, sans-serif">Outstanding organization and planning skills.</li> <li style="color:black;background-color:white;margin-top:0.0in;margin-right:0.0in;margin-bottom:0.0in;font-size:12.0pt;font-family:Calibri, sans-serif">Excellent facilitation, coordination, and negotiation skills.</li> <li style="color:black;background-color:white;margin-top:0.0in;margin-right:0.0in;margin-bottom:0.0in;font-size:12.0pt;font-family:Calibri, sans-serif">Must have strong people skills, teamwork, stakeholder management and project management.</li> <li style="color:black;background-color:white;margin-top:0.0in;margin-right:0.0in;margin-bottom:0.0in;font-size:12.0pt;font-family:Calibri, sans-serif">Ability to work with different levels of the organization and cross-functional groups.</li> <li style="color:black;background-color:white;margin-top:0.0in;margin-right:0.0in;margin-bottom:0.0in;font-size:12.0pt;font-family:Calibri, sans-serif">Knowledge of MS office and Lean Six Sigma Methodologies an advantage .</li> <li style="color:black;background-color:white;margin-top:0.0in;margin-right:0.0in;margin-bottom:0.0in;font-size:12.0pt;font-family:Calibri, sans-serif">Knowledge in Agile Methodology.</li> <li style="color:black;background-color:white;margin-top:0.0in;margin-right:0.0in;margin-bottom:0.0in;font-size:12.0pt;font-family:Calibri, sans-serif">PMP Certified is a plus.</li> </ul> <p style="color:black;background-color:white;margin-top:0.0in;margin-right:0.0in;margin-bottom:0.0in;font-size:12.0pt;font-family:Calibri, sans-serif"> </p> <p style="margin:0.0in;font-family:Calibri;font-size:11.0pt">#LI-JP2</p>
