We believe that our differences enable us to be a better team – one that makes better decisions, drives innovation and delivers better business results.<strong><br><br>Opportunity Overview</strong></span></p> <ul> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Provide all service-related support (system installation, preventive maintenance, complex troubleshooting and repair break fix)</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Provide application related expertise to analyze production impacts and to ensure a high utilization of a customer test cell</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Develop characterization and production test programs to solve customers' test problems; collect data and analyze problems.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Create and implement support plan in conjunction with cross functional groups, including customers’ maintenance team, to reduce equipment downtime and maintenance cost.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Work with customers to understand and improve test processes.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Act as the liaison between factory and customer.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Provide formal and on-the-job training to customers.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Escalate service problem and take ownership of problem until it is resolved.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Represent the organization as the primary customer contact and function as key customers and departmental leadership role</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Lead and mentor other engineers</span></li> </ul> <p><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><strong><br>All About You<br></strong>We seek individuals who share our passion and determination. If you’re ready to join us in this mission, take a closer look at the minimum criteria for the position.</span></p> <ul> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Degree in Electronics/Electrical Engineering</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">3-5 years’ test/product engineering experience in IC component testing preferred.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Strong team player with good interpersonal and problem-solving skills</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Able to work independently</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Good written and verbal communication skills in English and your native language.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Willing to travel within and out of the country</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Knowledge of ‘C’ or Visual Basic programming and Windows.
