Opportunity Overview This position is responsible for leading and managing the Master Scheduling Team based in Penang. <ul> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt;color:black">To work with Marketing specialist to understand customer needs, figure out ways to support customer orders, result orientated.</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt;color:black">Analysis Customer changes order requests, internal review ATPs, run Simulation with contract manufacturers to provide the best delivery commit in time manner.</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt;color:black">To Calculate and put up demand variance buffer model in place to position independent forecast to support customer changes within drop window.</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt;color:black">Be on top of any issues that may impact time delivery, such as shortages, drop in demand, quality issues and related ECO changes impact and so on.</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt;color:black">Be responsible for the ECOs/deviation review and approval.</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt;color:black">LTB parts ATP control and Commit.</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt;color:black">Be responsible for clearing the paperwork that impact slots on time launch and shipping—CORC, Bookings and shipping hold.</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt;color:black">Be responsible for Refurb material application and approval process.</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt;color:black">Be on top of major customer changes, and any issues might impact delivery commit, work closely with marketing team, CMs, engineering, logistic team and PM team to ensure 100% OTD.</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt;color:black">Process maintenance and optimization.</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt;color:black">Set up training plan & back up plan.</li> </ul> All About You We seek individuals who share our passion and determination. Experienced user of excel, RR and any other data driven analysis tools.
