Opportunity Overview The Innovation Lab is an advanced R&D team that is part of the Semiconductor Test Division at Teradyne. We have a dual charter to technically support the growth of the division and company: <ul> <li>Create long term differentiated solutions for our core Semiconductor Test business by exploring new technologies and architectures to be applied against current and emerging key requirements for our customers. </li> <li>Working with our Business Development Office, develop differentiated solutions for new business opportunities adjacent to our core business. These will generally enable new businesses within our existing customer base.</li> </ul> As a member of the Innovation Lab Staff, you will be empowered to propose any project that you feel can make a difference relative to the Innovation Lab Charter. In general, you will “own” the projects you sponsor and lead the development through a proof-of-concept phase. You will typically be hands-on during the project and will be supported by other staff from the overall engineering team as required to execute your project. Compensation: The base salary range for this role is $166,300- 266,100. This range is a good faith estimate, and the amount of base salary will correspond with experience and skill set. This range can also fluctuate depending on demand and location. Incentive Plan: This job is eligible for discretionary bonus(es) based on financial performance.
