If you’re ready to join us in this mission, take a closer look at the minimum criteria for the position. <ul> <li>5+ years of managing software development teams, with a strong focus on application development</li> <li>5+ years building medium to large-scale mission critical, high availability production systems.</li> <li>Proficient experience developing on Linux and associated technologies. Good knowledge of Windows development.</li> <li>Strong working knowledge of 2 or more of the following languages: C, C++, C#, Python, Java.</li> <li>Proven experience in systems design of multi-site test equipment with mechanical and electrical components</li> <li>Proven experience in software control and integration of vision/automation components </li> <li>Familiarity with software configuration management tools, defect tracking tools, and peer review.</li> <li>Strong working knowledge of software development processes, governance, tools and standards.</li> <li>Excellent analytical, problem-solving and project management skills.</li> <li>Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.</li> <li>Ability to motivate teams to produce quality materials within tight timeframes and simultaneously manage several projects</li> <li>Ability to define, structure and plan work independently.</li> <li>Cross-functional relationship building skills.</li> <li>Ability to interact effectively with all levels of management.</li> <li>Knowledge of reading schematics and data sheets for components is plus.</li> <li>BS in Computer Science, Math, Physics, or Engineering; MS in Computer Science or engineering preferred</li> </ul> Compensation: The base salary range for this role is $199,600 - $319,400. This range is a good faith estimate, and the amount of base salary will correspond with experience and skill set. This range can also fluctuate depending on demand and location. Incentive Plan: This job is eligible for discretionary bonus(es) based on financial performance.
