The Material Planning Manager is responsible for leading the planning team in balancing speed-to-market with production readiness. This role sets the direction for planning best practices, drives operational efficiency, and develops team capability and career growth. The planning team manages supply base strategy, material alignment and availability, production build planning, product change implementation, and transfer to contract manufacturing The ideal candidate will have experience managing NPI planning teams or serving as a senior electro-mechanical product planner, with a strong background in supply chain, materials, and production planning.
