Maintains appropriate level of custodial supplies for vendor and County staff without interruptions to services.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p>Contracted vendors</p> <ul> <li>Supervises the contracted custodial vendors, and coordinates with them all planned activities as well as coordinates monthly meetings with stakeholders.</li> <li>Assesses the quality of vendor’s services</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p>Supplies</p> <ul> <li>Tracks inventory of supplies and purchases supplies for various County facilities</li> <li>Maintains accurate documentation of supplies usage</li> <li>Investigate new products for better pricing and effectiveness</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p>Contractor Oversight</p> <ul> <li>Supervises one part-time employee and custodial contractors</li> <li>Performs daily inspections of facilities for cleanliness</li> <li>Initiates cleaning tasks needing to be performed by vendor</li> <li>Personally cleans high security areas where vendors are not allowed. i.e. Sheriffs Judicial.</li> <li> </li> </ul> <p> </p> <p>Minimum Qualifications: High School diploma or equivalent. Two years of experience. Per Sedgwick County policy, this is a driving level position that requires a valid US driver’s license without restrictions and current proof of automobile insurance.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p><p> </p> <p>Applicants have rights under Federal Employment Laws.
