Experience working in an industrial environment is preferred. Must have formal training in electrical theory or proven experience in trouble shooting and repairing electrical equipment. Must have the ability to evaluate malfunctions in equipment, systematically troubleshoot faulty component or circuitry, perform repairs, and test and return equipment to operational status. Must have the ability to safely troubleshoot 480v 3 phase circuits. Must be familiar with lock/tag out procedures and perform all work in accordance with OSHA safety regulations. Must have the ability to decipher electrical schematics, comprehend technical manuals, and use electrical test equipment and hand and power tools. Must have the ability to work at heights, in confined spaces, and be able to work any shift.
