You will lead the design and evolution of end to end IT solutions that support how Corning manages everything from customer order to cash collection at a global scale. Partnering closely with business process owners, technology teams, and cross-functional stakeholders, you will translate complex business needs into smart, scalable architectural solutions that drive operational efficiency and business growth. </span></p></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px">Key Responsibilities</H2> </div><div><ul> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt;color:black"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt;color:black">Design and architect scalable IT solutions for Order to Cash processes including order management, customer billing, credit management, collections, and cash application ensuring alignment with global enterprise architecture standards.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt;color:black"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt;color:black">Partner with business stakeholders across commercial, finance, and operations to capture requirements and transform them into clear solution designs, blueprints, and technology roadmaps. </span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt;color:black"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt;color:black">Lead solution reviews, technology evaluations, and cross-functional workshops to identify opportunities for process and system improvement across OTC platforms.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt;color:black"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt;color:black">Collaborate with global IT and business teams to ensure seamless integration of OTC solutions with adjacent enterprise systems, including ERP, CRM, financial platforms, and data analytics tools. </span></li> </ul></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px">Experiences/Education - Required</H2> </div><div><ul> <li style="color:black"><span style="font-size:14.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;background-color:white;color:black">Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or a related field. </span></li> <li style="color:black"><span style="font-size:14.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;background-color:white;color:black">5+ years of experience in IT solution architecture with hands-on expertise in Order to Cash (OTC) end-to-end business processes. </span></li> <li style="color:black"><span style="font-size:14.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;background-color:white;color:black">Solid knowledge of ERP platforms supporting OTC such as SAP SD/AR, Oracle Order Management, or equivalent enterprise solutions including integration design and system architecture. </span></li> <li style="color:black"><span style="font-size:14.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;background-color:white;color:black">Proven ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable IT solution designs, architecture diagrams, and technical documentation. </span></li> <li style="color:black"><span style="font-size:14.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;background-color:white;color:black">Experience collaborating with global, cross functional teams in a matrixed corporate environment, with strong stakeholder management and communication skills. </span></li> <li style="color:black"><span style="font-size:14.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;background-color:white;color:black">Ability to present technical concepts clearly to both technical and non technical audiences. </span></li> <li style="color:black"><span style="font-size:14.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;background-color:white;color:black">Advanced English proficiency written and spoken required.
